General Rate Schedule
Business Services	$95 per hour (This rate applies to services provided within 35 miles of FT On-Site’s business address. A rate of $47.50 an hour will be charged for travel time/mileage when the Service call demands service outside the above service area.)  After the first hour, additional charged hours will be accrued in 15 minutes increments.
Residential Service	$85 per hour (This rate applies to services provided within 35 miles of FT On-Site’s business address. A rate of $42.50 an hour will be charged for travel time/mileage when the Service call demands service outside the above service area.)  After the first hour, additional charged hours will be accrued in 15 minutes increments.
Pre-Paid Service Contracts	Business – 5% reduction in rate per hour – 5 hours @ 5% reduction of normal rate – $90.25 = $451.50 Residential – 5% reduction in rate per hour – 5 hours @ 5% reduction of normal rate – $80.75  =  $403.75 (This rate applies to services provided within 35 miles of FT On-Site’s business address. A rate of $37.50 an hour will be charged for travel time/mileage when the Service call demands service outside the above service area.)  After the first hour, additional charged hours will be accrued in 15 minutes increments.
